My Italian meatball recipe looks like a giant hug from Nonna. A blend of quality ground veal and pork combined with the perfect amount of fresh parsley and cheese (a ton of both!) plus soft artisan bread will create the most delicious Italian meatballs you've ever tasted , period. This recipe uses my Nonna's soffrito (mixed my way) which adds the sweetest aroma and flavor you can imagine.
