Ingredients for Chili Lime Baked Shrimp Cups (recipe is on Inspired Taste)

• 15 wonton wrappers
• Olive oil
• 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 1 lime
• 1 teaspoon ancho chili powder or regular chili powder
• 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 1 cup of baby arugula
3 tablespoons of sour cream
