Keep a diary ! It’s one of my favorite things to do and is something that has helped me immensely on my mental health journey. BUT, I also know perfectly well that sometimes journaling can be intimidating, especially for beginners… so in this video I offer you a very easy, simple and, dare I say, fun journaling exercise (lol) to learn how to journal for mental health. This exercise includes journaling prompts for anxiety and to help you release negative emotions.

This year (and last) has been filled with ups and downs, and in some cases an increased dose of anxiety, so don't feel bad if you have a lot of emotions to deal with! Take your time throughout the process and give yourself some grace on this journey to mental health – healing is on the other side. And I'm here with you too, my friend!
