️ The default virtual memory settings are sufficient for most. Changing virtual memory settings depends on your computer and what you do with it.

Virtual memory only comes into play if your computer doesn't have enough RAM to do what's asked of it. Configuring virtual memory settings is only useful if you find yourself in this situation. Doing less or adding RAM are more practical solutions in the long run.
