For the test, I probably chose one of the most difficult places, a village near Hogwarts. Hogsmeade is full of NPCs and plenty of houses to RT on. So please keep in mind that I am showing one of the most GPU/CPU intensive slots.

During testing I discovered a /"BUG/" perhaps in the drivers, perhaps in the game itself. The RTX 4070 Ti, with full Ray Tracing enabled in 4K, exhibits strange FPS drops coupled with extremely low GPU power consumption. The load indicator is 95% but the GPU consumption hovers below 150W, which is well below the maximum. I ran the test several times. I guess this is a bug that will be fixed in future updates, but this is how I tested it and I'm not going to keep it a secret :). It's also possible that this is a bug only in my hardware combination. As soon as a fix or change to this issue is made, I will retest only on the RTX 4070 Ti. Hogwarts Legacy, especially Hogsmeade and when using Ray Tracing on the Ultra setting, is a very difficult game.
