Healthy 4 Ingredient Mango Smoothie This smoothie is super creamy and so delicious

This makes two servings:
1 1/2 cups / 9 ounces. frozen mango pieces (approximately 260 g) *
1 cup Greek yogurt (lactose-free) (240 ml, approximately 250 g)
1/2 cup – 3/4 cup milk of your choice (120 – 180 ml)
2 tablespoons chia seeds 1/2 cup milk (120 ml)

1. Soak chia seeds in milk for about 20 minutes
2. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.

*If you are in the elimination phase of the low FODMAP diet, use less than 1/5 cup / 40 g of mango per serving and add frozen pineapple instead.
