This is an expanded version of my guided body scan mindfulness meditation. This is a technique for calming anxiety and finding harmony and healing in your mind and body. This relaxation session has been extended to help you focus and have better energy and concentration. A better life begins with seeing YOU peaceful in the reflection of yourself! The music features amplified tones at 432 Hz and works for a variety of meditation practices, whether you're into chakra, Zen, transcendental, or other forms of meditation.

This session lasts 20 minutes, with approximately 8 minutes of slower, guided, spoken dialogue followed by 12 minutes of background music. You can enjoy this meditation daily, either in the morning, during a break in the day, while doing yoga or before sleeping at night. Enjoy this guided body scan technique and stay well!!
