In this video I show you how I photograph a corporate event and the equipment I bring with me. A lot of it is camera gear, flashes, lenses, camera bodies, etc., but some of it is also EDC, or problem solving, type gear. I pack everything in two Pelican suitcases and a backpack. One Pelican suitcase will be a checked bag to go under the plane, the other Pelican 1510 suitcase which holds all my important camera gear will go in the overhead compartment. And the backpack, which contains my laptop, as well as all my tools and technical accessories, will fit under the seat.

I also show you how I position lights for event photos, as well as some tips and tricks on how I photograph events in general.
