Workouts and dance exercises have become very popular and are perfect for helping you focus on a FUN and EFFECTIVE home workout that can really improve your fitness. I have been exercising and testing many of these dance moves and workouts over the past few months, following many types of dance styles, so once again you have the time of your life, and this in itself is so important. !! In addition to my personal routine, I have tried these dance exercises with my trainees and I can say that it definitely gets the job done and motivates them to continue training again and again.

If you want to see results and focus on shaping your body while having fun, then I highly recommend following this challenge:

1. Follow this routine for 1 week with another cardio or HIIT workout (see links below). Try your best to follow the exercises and workout routine. If you think it's too intensive, feel free to rest, recover, and continue the routine when you can. It's cool, you need to build your fitness and endurance step by step!

2. After a week you will already feel and see results, you will feel these muscles well and know that the work is taking hold and giving preliminary results. This is a fun and important step. If you achieve this goal, don't stop or give up. Continue doing this routine for another 7-14 days by following the full body, abs, and abs workout routines on my channel, or check out the recommended workout routines in the links below.

**After completing the 21-day challenge, you will understand what it is all about. You will feel satisfied and want to continue following the daily workout programs and routines – increasing the difficulty of the exercises – by choosing longer, active and challenging workouts that you can find on my channel!
