What's up guys!?

In this video we'll do a 25-minute, beginner-friendly, full-body workout at the gym using standard gym equipment. This workout is perfect for anyone relatively new to the gym, who may have experimented with machines here and there, but just needs a little guidance on putting together a workout.
If you've been here since my previous beginner-friendly full-body gymnastics workout, this workout will be similar, but taken about half a notch up.
Feel free to add another set of each exercise and adjust the workout to your preferences!

Full Body Workout for Beginners at the Gym:
Warm-up: Stairmaster 5-15 minutes
1) 3×12 Leg Press
2) 3×12 seated cable rows
3) 3×12 chest fly machine
Recovery: treadmill 5 to 10 minutes
