This free resource is NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness). NAMI is the nation's largest mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness. NAMI aims to raise awareness, provide mental health education and support to individuals affected by mental health issues and affected families.

Our video will provide an overview of the online, telephone, and live resources available and how to find them on the NAMI website.

Examples of some of these resources are the NAMI Helpline, 24/7 Crisis Lines, online educational articles and videos, and how to find and search for local NAMI affiliate offices near from home, as well as live events, support groups and classes.
