MrWhoseTheBoss is an awesome tech YouTuber, and he leaned into his tech side during a 100-day body transformation. I thought it would be fun to review his lifestyle changes with the same focus and respect he uses when evaluating new gear. We're talking about dietary changes, like reducing calories, adjusting caffeine intake, replacing our sweets/snacks with whole fruits and vegetables, and much more. We also talked about his exercise changes, like running, night walking, and a significant increase in weightlifting. There were a bunch of other wellness equipment and lifestyle changes, like shock belts, meditation, and various apps on her phone. As I always tell my patients, consistent, long-term lifestyle changes are the key to success!
