Healthy Raspberry Chia Pudding🩷 This is such an easy and delicious snack idea! It's also great for meal prep

Ingredients:
3/4 cup raspberries (180 ml / about 120g)
1/4 cup of milk of your choice (60 ml)
1/4 cup (lactose-free) Greek yogurt or yogurt of your choice (60 ml)
1 teaspoon of maple syrup or honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of chia seeds

toppings:
home made granola-bars
(lactose-free) Greek yogurt
raspberries
•
1. Add the raspberries, milk, yogurt, sweetener and vanilla extract to the blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a glass, jar or bowl. Add the chia seeds and mix
3. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (or overnight)
4. Top with, for example, homemade granola, yogurt and berries and enjoy!
