Airport food is notoriously unhealthy. It's surprisingly easy to enjoy delicious, healthy meals, even on a long flight

Airports: always difficult to find healthy food. But it's really easy to eat good, healthy food, even when traveling halfway around the world.

I make sure I eat well BEFORE I leave. A big bowl of oatmeal in the morning keeps me full for hours, so that's what I do. fruits and nuts are great snacks and for a short flight they might be enough

I rely on legumes and whole grains: hearty but compact. The salads take up too much space, the soup is too messy. Sandwiches are ok but getting old

Eating airport food every now and then isn't a big deal, but it's nice to have a choice

Maybe you like to eat fresh, healthy foods while you travel, or maybe you have restrictions.
