Jayen: The app that SkedGo created is called TripGo and it's a free app that gives you door-to-door directions for any mode of transportation, so not just public transportation or just driving, but she may suggest driving to the train station and then taking a ride to your final destination.

Claus: All types of ground transportation are integrated into the platform and our advanced routing solutions allow travel by any of these modes of transportation.

Jayen: The TripGo API allows you to create your own application that can be exactly the same as TripGo or it can be different. You can take any type of itinerary, take an all-day itinerary, get real-time information, make reservations and payments – all the features available in the TripGo app are also available through our API.

Claus: Developers, governments and businesses can create new products, new services that offer more choices to users. Rather than having to take the leap of integrating all of these transportation services, we're already doing it, we're already integrating about 3,000 different transportation services. Of course, this number is constantly increasing.

Claus: I think smart cities are inevitable; they are truly necessary because the current model of how cities operate will not be able to meet the demands of the future.
