In the 1980s, there was an extremely popular rose cocktail, made with rail vodka, rose lime juice and grenadine. Toby Cecchini, while at the Odeon in Tribeca in 1988, decided to create his own version using fresh ingredients on hand. He created a simple sour with Absolut Citron vodka, Cointreau, fresh lime juice and Ocean Spray cranberry juice, serving it with a lemon twist.

INGREDIENTS
2 oz / 60 ml Absolut Lemon Vodka
1 oz / 30 ml Cointreau
1 oz / 30 ml lime juice
1 oz / 30 ml cranberry juice
