What is the difference between coaching and therapy? Which one do you need?

The first difference between coaching and therapy is that therapy is a licensed activity that can treat a mental diagnosis to get healthy, while coaching can take you from health to happiness and success. The therapy is used for a clinical need. Coaching is about helping someone become or succeed.

Remember, your therapist or coach works for you, not the other way around. You can fire them at will if they don't help you move forward.

Look and decide which one you need!
