About Jordan: Jordan is the Sustainability Program Coordinator for Wellington County, where she works alongside farmers to implement circular or regenerative agricultural practices to protect and revitalize soil. She is also a master's student at the Gillespie Lab at the University of Guelph, where she is studying the impact of microplastics from compost on the soil and, by extension, the food we eat.
