I've been tracking my calories for years now, so here are some calorie tracking tips PART 4

If you didn't know, most, if not all, of the foods in calorie tracking apps are all user-created, which is why you may find many incorrect foods.

If you're trying to look up something that doesn't have a nutrition label, the Australian Food Composition Database will be the most accurate website for retrieving calories.

Luckily, most of the foods there have already been placed in the food libraries, so all you need to do is search for the food and put the word /"nuttab/" after it.

For example:
/"Raw chicken breast with nuts/"

If you still can't find the food you're looking for, you can find the full list on the Australian Food Composition Database website.

Once you've found the food you're looking for, most food calorie tracking apps should allow you to create your own custom food to help you create the new food you've found!

This should save the food to your food library and allow you to reuse it without having to return to the website to search for it.
