ON ME:
My name is Justin Bauer and I help people get fit without giving up their favorite foods or spending countless hours at the gym.

My team and I have helped people collectively lose TONS of body fat after showing them some simple tweaks to bend the rules of fitness and see lasting progress week after week.

In 2014, I had a very unhealthy relationship with fitness: I was starving myself, completely eliminating “healthy” food, and training 25 hours a week. I was constantly anxious about food and stopped going to social events because I was obsessed with seeing abdominal veins, leg veins, and that "paper skin look" because " This is what is needed.”

It was a total disaster and my life, relationships and body were falling apart.

I finally found a better way. One that was flexible, allowed me to eat burgers and drinks and maintain my physique.

Once I found that, it was like the fog lifted and I got my life back.

This feeling of freedom is precisely what our coaching programs and apps all seek to accomplish: showing you how to achieve breakthrough results while bending the rules of fitness.
