You can get high monthly rent through premium CRE projects. Unlike REITs, investors have complete control over the choice of properties. Returns are volatile at the moment. Additionally, these investments are not as liquid as REITs. But the fractional investment market is witnessing strong growth in India with offices opening. ️

Given that they have high potential for value appreciation, they are estimated to offer an IRR of approximately 12-15%.
