In 2001, Linda Jones' world changed. As a successful young businesswoman, she lived a happy and fulfilling life; working long hours traveling around the country, a fitness fanatic who enjoyed a busy social life. With hindsight, we realized that this situation was not viable. Early recognition signs and symptoms were ignored and led to complete exhaustion. Linda's journey to full recovery sparked a passion for helping others when she created the Salus Fatigue Foundation. In 2001, after an illness, Linda Jones, CEO of the Salus Fatigue Foundation and Life4Changing, was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome. She lost everything. Her relentless attitude, which was the cause of her burnout, meant she wasn't going to just accept this diagnosis and become a statistic. Determined to recover and get her life back, she took a holistic approach and trained herself to get healthy.
