As someone who has worked in both technology and medicine, I believe it is crucial to include the user in the process. In healthcare, patient safety is of the utmost importance, but we can still embrace some innovative ideas from technology. The world of technology reminds us that the status quo is not always set in stone and that change and improvement are possible.
