Stacey Schuerman, E-RYT 500 (experienced licensed yoga instructor), is co-owner of SunSpark Yoga, a family and community yoga studio located in the heart of Old Town Orange. She has been practicing yoga since 2002 and has been teaching yoga to adults and children of all ages since 2008. Stacey's personal journey into yoga began after an injury, when she discovered it was the perfect exercise to develop strength, balance, increase flexibility and reduce stress.
