he recommends doing this 2 times a day
• keep the tip of the tongue on the ridge of the mouth in contact with the upper front teeth
• inhale through the nose for 4 seconds
• hold your breath for 7 seconds
• exhale forcefully through your mouth for 8 seconds
• repeat for 4 cycles

Dr. Weil said it can help reduce anxiety, blood pressure, heart rate, and improve digestion!
