This video shows a GREAT boxing combination that you can practice and learn today. We throw a hook to the body to close the distance, then whip a hook to the head. Change the timing of hooks to keep the opponent guessing, like Caleb Plant did to Knockout Anthony Dirrell. You can practice these combos in shadow boxing, using a double-ended bag or a heavy bag. Boxing training is a great way to get in shape, lose weight, improve your self-confidence and build your self-esteem.
