The whole promise of biometric security rests on the ease with which it is possible to reproduce and abuse biometric modes. And the short answer is: it's a game of cat and mouse. Over a long enough period of time, someone will be able to recreate a copy of your face or fingerprint that works just well enough to fool authentication systems. Once your biometric data is compromised, it affects all applications at once and you will be affected for the rest of your life.
