Here is a powerful approach to guided meditation. Additionally, watch our introductory video to guided meditation breathing https://tinyurl.com/PranaVids In the videos you will learn how to use a guided meditation technique Bhramari pranayama (or Bumble Bee Breath). Along with the videos, you also get 10 FREE LIVE guided meditation classes. Bhramari is a powerful building block for your own mindfulness meditation and mindfulness. We explain each step to bring you more into the present moment and benefit from the other benefits of guided meditation. Use the videos, then take our LIVE online classes, or access our Woolner studio from Darwin NT, Palmerston NT, Casuarina NT and Coolalinga NT.

After training, you can use this and other real mindfulness techniques to create your own silent meditation session.

This video also shows how to make Bhramari breathing more powerful using manual techniques, or what are called "mudras." This is a small sample of what you will learn in our mindfulness guided meditation training via video, online or live.

BENEFITS OF GUIDED MEDITATION

Some of the benefits of this type of mindfulness meditation are:
• inner peace, or a greater sense of peace
• promotes deep sleep, better sleep or more restful sleep
• learn to refocus when the mind wanders
• help to cope with stressful situations
• reduce or manage chronic pain and high blood pressure
• reduce heart rate and anxiety
• calms the nervous system and a busy mind
• helps you motivate yourself for positive changes in your life
• can be performed in a comfortable posture
• especially useful for people with heart problems
• helps manage a range of health problems and difficult emotions
• many other physical benefits of meditation.

MEDITATION STYLE

In our video or LIVE training, you learn guided meditation and mindfulness practices that you can use in other courses, or that you can use in your own unguided meditation practice.

Learn the techniques and you won't be tied to meditation apps. However, we also have videos if you want.

The techniques use a mixture of deep breathing and sound meditation. By using these relaxation techniques, you will also develop your awareness of breathing.

But you'll get insights and benefits far beyond just relaxation (as important as that is).

In our sessions, our experienced meditation practitioners guide you through our best guided meditation techniques.

After our online or in-studio lessons, you can also benefit from advice from an experienced teacher for additional questions.

Ideally, we encourage a regular meditation practice, with at least 1-2 classes per week.

As you gain experience in meditation, you can of course do mindfulness meditations at home, as you wish.

The benefits of these mindfulness-based interventions are now well documented. As usual, long-term meditators experience particularly powerful results.

DIFFERENT TYPES OF MEDITATION TECHNIQUE

In Flametree courses, the teacher will guide you in using a wide range of short meditation techniques.

Bhramari pranayama or “bhramari breathing” technique presented in this video is just one of these techniques.

Others include alternate nostril meditation (“Nadi Shodhana/”), so-called staircase breathing (“Viloma/”) and ocean breathing (“Ujjayi/”).

You will learn to mix and match these techniques to achieve different, powerful and flexible results.

Over time, you can settle into your own daily routine with them or simply follow the teachers' advice.

Once you've completed our introductory course, if you want to use Flametree's online or in-studio classes on an ongoing basis, there are several passes available with a 2-week free trial.

TECHNIQUES ARE BUILDING BLOCKS

Each of the mindfulness meditation techniques we teach can be used to provide you with many benefits.

For example, they include:
• guided meditative sleep
• guided meditation for anxiety
• a morning guided meditation practice
• guided meditation for positive energy
• guided meditation for relaxation
• guided meditation on gratitude.

By blending the basic techniques taught by Flametree, you can achieve all the benefits expected from these breath-guided meditation approaches.
