Cold almond milk 1 packet
Frozen almond milk 1 package
Kale 5 leaves
Avocado 1 unit
Banana 1 piece
Lime for juice 1ea
Chia Seeds 2T
Honey 20g
Apple Mint 1 unit

Recipe:
1. Place the peeled avocado in the blender.
2. Add sliced kale, banana, chia seeds, fresh lime juice and honey and blend until smooth.
3. Check the consistency (if it's too thick, add water, milk or ice).
4. Pour into a pretty glass cup.
5. Apple mint for decoration (If you have any), place it on top.
