Stephen Legari, art therapist at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, offers a photography workshop inspired by Fritz Brandtner. This activity is designed for people of all ages.
– Take markers, pencils or pastels.
– Scribble lines on a sheet of paper, then color in the shapes formed by the lines.
– Repeat with your eyes closed.
– Try the same exercise with the right hand, then the left.
– Share the activity with someone by taking turns coloring.
– Try to find familiar shapes in the final drawing.
Have fun creating!
