Juan Carlos Quintana’s work is both funny and disturbing. The self-proclaimed cynic described the motivation for his work: “I want to commemorate a moment in time where we are witnessing hubris, incompetence, arrogance, madness and violence, in a culture that encourages racist groups and xenophobic attitudes.
