Even though schools, parents, and the media talk about anxiety and the imperative to support the mental health of young adults, anxiety remains at the forefront of adolescent issues. In her honest and candid talk, high school senior Raci Levine shares how, when anxiety surprises and catches her off guard, she found a friend in writing—a tool that helps her gain the upper hand and allows her to to live your life. Raci Levine is currently a junior at Mira Costa High School. She is passionate about writing and runs the Reports section of La Vista, the school newspaper. Raci also serves as president of the American Jewish Cultural Club at Mira Costa, where she is committed to raising awareness and encouraging diversity across campus.

Raci volunteers with the philanthropic group Sandpipers Junior and has taken business and entrepreneurship classes at UCLA. Regardless of which college Raci ends up attending, she hopes to travel the world and embark on many new adventures.
