2018:
This is an order of magnitude better than previous versions!
The biggest changes I made are:
1) Swirl Confinement: Adds swirl and acts as a low viscosity fluid.

2) Evaporation Blend: Allows clouds to dissolve realistically. Humid air mixed with dry air causes evaporation and therefore cooling.
