The Alpbach European Forum Scholarship is your golden ticket to the picturesque landscapes and vibrant intellectual center of Austria.‍ The Alpbach European Forum, located in the picturesque Tyrolean village of Alpbach, Austria, is a annual interdisciplinary conference that brings together students, academics, politicians and thought leaders to discuss pressing global issues.

Eligibility Criteria –
Available to candidates from all countries and disciplines.
Artists and non-graduates are welcome to apply.
Applicants from lower socio-economic backgrounds, members of ethnic or religious minorities, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, people with disabilities and refugees or displaced persons are encouraged to apply for a scholarship.

Benefits –
The EFA itself as well as the Forum Alpbach network (FAN) award around 350 scholarships to new participants. The two summer weeks are a unique experience for this selected group of people. A scholarship at EFA covers –
participation fees
accommodation for the entire duration of the event
daily allowance of 25 EUR or 2,300 INR per day
reimbursement of travel expenses
