WHO AM I?
I wish I had this channel when I was in college and transitioning into the working world and the next chapter of my life. It certainly would have made things easier for me. So here I am, 10 years later, creating videos and sharing content and tools focused on personal and professional development, psychology and neuroscience that aim to help us work smarter, better and happier . My goal is for you to realize your potential and do something to achieve it. Basically anything that schools and universities don't cover in detail.

I am a school volunteer, mentor, law graduate and human resources professional. I live and work in England. I work full-time in a Senior Human Resources Business Partner role. I am also the mother of Alexander, married to Tony.
