Hey! My name is Damian Keyes and I have worked with musicians every day of my life for 20 years. The internet is clearly unreliable, and here's my journey so you can get the full picture.
When I was 18 I signed to a major label and at 23 I co-founded a music university in Europe called BIMM (valued at 300 million). I am also a bassist, having played for several artists including Eric Clapton, Alanis Morrisette and Billy Cobham. I first retired at 30, but I realized that life becomes boring if you don't build!
I've always been somewhere between the music industry and education, and that's how I ended up starting my YouTube channel. I taught artists how to release music long before it became a “niche”! I now train artists from all over the world with my Academy, my YouTube channel and my social agency.
