Sometimes emotions don't make sense, and sometimes being emotional doesn't mean you're emotionally intelligent. Growing up, rationality often came before emotions for Ramona, but as she grew older and realized that she had never actively learned to manage her emotions and that she was not the only one who did not have this skill, she knew she had to change. something. In her talk, Ramona walks us through her experiences and shows us 6 steps to becoming more emotionally intelligent. Ramona Hacker has a degree in English and American Studies and is currently pursuing a master's degree in World Heritage Studies. Through several personal experiences as well as her experience volunteering at a local soccer club and for the AIESEC student organization, she began to think about the topic of emotional intelligence and how it affects everyone's lives and how we deal with our problems. She will share field research as well as personal stories with the TEDxTUM audience.
