(1) Smoked Tandoori Style Chicken – Prepared with just one pan!
A smoked tandoori chicken recipe that you can make at home in one pan. It's simple to make and the flavors will amaze you. This recipe is prepared by marinating chicken in a spicy and tangy yogurt mixture. This not only gives the meat flavor, but also makes it more tender and juicy. Traditionally, tandoori chicken is prepared using a tandoori oven, which is a cylindrical clay oven native to India. Since not all of us have a tandoori oven at home, this recipe has been simplified to give you similar results at home. Enjoy my simple smoked tandoori chicken made in just one pan.

(2) Indian Chicken Curry – Simple Indian curry with amazing flavors!
Who doesn't love a good Indian Chicken Curry or Murgh Kari.
This recipe is relatively simple with basic ingredients. No cream, broth, canned tomatoes or new spices. It's a simple chicken curry that's far from simple in flavor. You will need a good chicken, skinless and broken into 16 pieces. Keep everything on the bone, as that's what builds a broth while cooking, giving the meat a nice flavor. I don't like splitting the thigh bones because it results in pieces of chard, which is unpleasant. You can cut the breast into four pieces still attached to the sternum.

(3) Easy Butter Chicken or Murgh Makhani – A popular Indian spicy chicken curry restaurant! Butter Chicken or Murgh Makhani is always a favorite in Indian restaurants, this recipe is quite simple and cooks the chicken in the oven. You can also cook it in a pan, on the stove, but it’s the roasting flavors that make the difference. It's got chili, it's spicy, and it's hot, so of course, adjust it to your liking. Why go to a restaurant, when you can prepare this beautiful dish at home. Let me know what you think about this tasty and easy butter chicken.

(4) Homemade Spicy Chicken Biryani – Step by Step Guide for Beginners.
Chicken Biryani or Murgh Biryani is a classic Indian dish that has captured the hearts and taste buds of food lovers across the world. The recipe typically calls for a combination of aromatic spices like cumin, coriander, turmeric, and cinnamon, which are blended to create a unique and flavorful spice blend. The chicken is marinated in this blend of spices which gives the meat its rich and complex flavors. The rice used in the Biryani is equally important, with long grain basmati rice being the preferred variety due to its light and fluffy texture which pairs perfectly with the spicy chicken.

(5) Indian Dahl – This Dahl has an indulgent creaminess that will have you licking your spoon! Dahl is a term used to refer to a variety of dried lentils, peas or beans that have been split and hulled. Dahl is a staple of South Asian and Indian cuisine, where it is usually cooked in a thick soup or stew. It is also a popular ingredient in vegetarian and vegan dishes, as it is a good source of protein, fiber and essential minerals.
Dahl can be made from a variety of lentils or legumes, including red lentils, yellow lentils, mung beans and chickpeas. This version is made from red lentils which cook very quickly. No need to soak them, just boil them in water for 15 to 20 minutes. Dahl is often seasoned with a blend of spices like cumin, coriander, turmeric, and chili powder, giving it a rich, savory taste.

(6) Easy to prepare “Chapati” Roti Bread Flatbread made with few ingredients. Unlike traditional breads, chapati or roti bread is simple to make because there is no yeast, therefore no fermentation. It only requires five minutes of kneading, ten minutes of resting, and cooks in just a few minutes. Its origins come from India and are also common in Southeast Asia. Your kitchen will smell like warm toasted bread, and if you're like me, you won't resist the urge to eat at least one piece with a little melted butter. I've used all-purpose or regular flour, but traditionally whole wheat flour is used, which makes it a little coarser.
