Ingredients

7 oz cauliflower florets
2 tablespoons of milk
1 tablespoon of cream cheese
salt and black pepper
1/4 medium red onion
1 teaspoon of olive oil
1/4 medium carrot
1 garlic
4 ounces ground lean beef
1 ounce frozen peas
1 ounce frozen corn
parsley

Preheat oven to 350°. Add the cauliflower florets to the boiled water and cook until tender, 10 minutes. Drain well and mash with a potato masher until smooth.
Stir in cream cheese and milk, season with salt and pepper and mash until completely combined and creamy. Put aside.

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the oil. Add onion, carrots, and garlic and cook until softened, 5 minutes. Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink, 5 minutes more.

Preparation
