Saied Samaiel moved to the United States from Greece in 2001 with formal training as a chef and a dream of owning his own business. When he opened Aybla Grill, it was one of the top 10 food truck companies in the Portland metro area. Today, they have 3 trucks generating an average revenue of over $50,000 each month, a massive growth from the $20,000 with which Saied started the business.

Today we'll hear all of Saied's tips for starting a food truck business that can stand the test of time. He will explain how he invested his startup funds to set up his first food truck and how he built a customer base to become one of the first food trucks in his city.
