In this video I talk about the 4 things NOT to say to your therapist, or the 4 things you should never say to your therapist. So if you're new to therapy or you've been in therapy for a while and you're not sure what to talk to your therapist about, I'll try to answer some of those questions in this video as well. This is a good therapy video for beginners, but also a good therapy video for experienced clients! So don't get caught up in saying these things to your therapist, because these are things you should never say to your therapist or things not to say in therapy.
