Chocolate bowl recipe:
1/4 cup of milk
frozen banana
1/2 frozen zucchini
I add 4 tablespoons of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides into the chocolate or you can add 1/2 tablespoon of cocoa powder.
1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional, but it makes it sweeter)
