A customer recently brought in their old Dell XPS desktop and said the system had slowed down. So he wanted to know what the best upgrade for the system would be, since he didn't want to replace the CPU at the end of the year. So, after discussion, we decided to replace the old mechanical hard drive with an SSD (Solid State Drive), to increase performance in daily tasks. That's what we did and we cut startup times in half.
