Basically, the Pomodoro technique divides complex work into short intervals (usually 25 minutes of work and 5 minutes of rest). This method has been proven to help with focus and productivity!

[FUN FACT]️ Yokohama is the second largest city in Japan. The Studio Ghibli film Up on Poppy Hill (2011) was set right here in this port city!
