Hotel: Mini Hotel Central
I found my room for around $80 (which had large windows and a view). Be careful… there are even cheaper rooms in this hotel (around $50), but they will be even smaller and they may or may have a window… this was not clear when I booked. I would call the hotel to check.

-Lin Hueng Tea House (formerly called Lin Huen Tea House)
-Mak's noodles
-Tsim Chai Kee

Hong Kong Park:

Victoria Peak:
Tram to the summit (watch out for queues)
Take a cab
Or there are buses
