Today we are going to work our upper body with push-ups. Lie on your stomach with your arms shoulder-width apart. Keep your shoulders back and your spine straight. Bend your arms at a 90-degree angle. Inhale on the way down and exhale on the way up. Continue for 1 minute and repeat 3 times.
