In this video I discuss 10 tips for helping someone suffering from PTSD.

Mental health issues come with a lot of stigma, and PTSD is no exception.

In order to recover from PTSD, people need to feel validated, understood, have unconditional positive regard while they manage their messy emotions, have a support system that keeps them grounded in the present and accountable of their recovery efforts.
